Sometimes i believe i have this moments when i act or behave like a boy. Being in a family with 4 annoying brothers plays a part i guess. Getting influenced with the way they act while growing up, watching cartoons or shows that people think girls would never watch, playing boy toys with my elder brother when we were younger cause he wouldnt play my barbie dolls with me and things like that. Maybe thats why i prefer hanging out with guys too as i get older. Cause im too used to being around guys than girls.

I once said this out loud, "i need to shit", the first comment i got was, "that is so un-ladylike". I was even told that some people thought my name, Adlin, was actually a boy's name and of course they thought i was a boy. Whatever.

But well, im still human. I burp out loud, i sometimes fart in public when i cant control it anymore(hehe), i use swear words in most of my conversations, and i say what i feel like saying. It's only whether you wanna express or do things publicly or not. Right? Anyway, sometimes i too feel like i look like one bapok and my voice sounds like a guy. So.. Ya.

Ps; when i need to fart, i go give people warnings. So dont need to worry about experiencing any sudden attacks with me. Heh. :)

I realised im getting so much more insecure with my skin. Face particularly.

I miss not putting on make-up everyday before going out, like how it was in secondary school. Didn't care about the dark circles and eye bags, i even thought girls who puts so much compact powder in secondary school was stupid(no offense sorry). I mean isn't it troublesome to bring your powder along everywhere you go? Touching up your face every few minutes after sweating? Lol. K sorry.

But then i started "experimenting"(?). Started trying out eyeliners and mummy keeps on BUGGING me to use some powder on my face. Before i knew it, putting on powders and eyeliners became my everyday routine before i leave the house. Though i think minimal make-up is fine, i do miss the feeling of wiping sweat of my face without having to worry about the powder coming off. Oh well. But i'm already starting to feel comfortable leaving the house without using eyeliners at the moment. Just need to start feeling comfortable without using so much BB cream and powder. But i need to get rid of my dark circles. Yes, my dark circles are the main source of my many insecurities..

By the way, I have nothing against make-up or people using huge or little amount of make-up.
This is just my own personal opinion.

Why hello internet world! teehee. So haven't been blogging lately. I can give reasons here and there but mainly why is because I. Am. Lazy. But i'm back!! Ok who reads my blog anyway.

I'm doing my Final Year Project now. The 5th week is coming, and then there's the first presentation which is on week 6. The problem is I need help with the software I'm using. It's called Halcon. I have to learn the software on my own, since i've never use it in my course, yet I have to use it now. pfft. I can somehow work on it a little but i still need some tips and explanations on certain things! I always wondered, what if something happens to me one day. Wont say what, but just those bad things. Who would care? Who will take the time to see me? Will all those who i once considered friends come to see me? Will enemies(if there's even any) put their hatred of God-knows-what away to wish for my well being? Who would care?

But only last night that i realised, why should i bother about these kind of ppl? Why bother abt ppl who'll only care when im in a bad state, when I have all these people who're already caring and loving me now? Right? No matter how glad i'll be to see the people i longed to see, i think this kind of people are just hypocrites. Why wait for for me or anyone or everyone to be in a bad situation for you to see them, to talk to them?

The thing that i always wanted was a big teddy bear. Went to survey for cute teddy bears with the boy just now. So many cute ones. And he told me he will get one for me on his next pay. Went to the toilet to pee. After that, walked around Tampines 1. Before heading back, he said he wanted to see the teddy bear one last time. Entered Kiddy Place at Century Square to find him walking around the shop instead of going to where all the teddy bears were placed. Thought to myself, "Why in the world is he walking around the shop?". The next thing i know, we were at the counter. He called the cashier, pointed at the big plastic bag beside, turned to me and said, "I dah beli lah." HAHAHA. Got the shocked of my life! Why is he so awesome?? :D

I miss life, my not being sick life. :( My fever likes to travel back and forth. From somewhere, it comes back to me. Then it will go away again, then it will come back to me again. It sucks so much. So much i tell you. I had to miss presentation for the 2nd time cause my body was so weak in the morning. This sucks this sucks this sucks. I should stop saying that im sick. Mind over matter.

On a happier note, daddy bought me a new notebook laptop. It has a webcam you know! Hahaha. I know i sound so jakun, but my big bulky stupid broken laptop doesnt have a webcam. So im only enjoying the perks of having a webcam on this notebook. Hehe. Plus, it's light, so i'll definitely bring it to school E-V-E-R-Y-D-A-Y! :D

I want to get better, please let me get better. Cause i wanna eat! I want mee kuah, indian rojak, satay, cheese fries, the awesome mcspicy, and all the junk food possible. Please get better you weak respiratory system of Adlin. (LOL)

Do you do this stretching exercise by where you lie flat face down and then you lift both your legs and upper body up, till your leg touches your head? Do you ppl do this? Cause i used to do this in primary and secondary school. But! I WASNT ABLE TO DO IT ANYMORE when i tried to do it again this afternoon after i woke up. This shows how fat i've become. I dont understand why some people, especially the aunties, NEED to wipe the MRT/bus seat with their hands after the person who sat there beforehand left, just so they could sit. WHY??! The person that left might have farted on that sit or might have bird shit on their pants or they might not have washed their butts properly after the shitted. So you telling me you would rather get your HANDS dirty, than just sit on the seat with your pants that's going to be in the washer anyways? I know lah, obviously you wash hands before eating blah blah blah. But after you WIPE the seat, you TOUCH your face with that hand. And it's like your action is showing that you're scared the person who left might have left some fatal disease on the seat, thus the need to wipe. You wipe also, your hand got the disease, then your butt all clean. When technically butts are generally more dirty cause shit comes out from the butt area. (LOL) Omg, you people no brain is it? I think your brains took a 360 degrees turn, that's why you people cant think properly. So disgusting.

What a weird pose.

Results for specialization posting is out. And i got into System Design.. Shit man! I need to start to master my programmings. Nvm, i looooooooove programming. As if! zzzz.

So anyway, i just came back from KL like 2 days ago. It is so hard not being able to contact my bf that much. It made me so saddddd. :( But finally i managed to hear the boy's voice yesterday. He told me about his rough day at camp. About his POP date being delayed and all. So stupid sia you HTA. It is so unfair to make your recruits train for extra months. You stupid is it? Bitch. HAIYAH.

And right now im stuck with a decision to make. SHOULD I JOIN CHINGAY OR NOT?? I WANT TO, BUT LIKE DONT WANT ALSO. Training is like every sat from 6pm-10pm. But every saturday is my outing day with Bf lahhhh. How to meet him if must go for trg??! :(( If i can meet him any other days tak kisah ah, but i can only meet him on Saturdays. NS you sibuk sia. The day didnt go as plan. I know it wasnt a really fun outing, boring maybe. I was looking forward to meet you, to go all manja and crazy with you. But my mood went down for an unknown reason. Though I was still happy to see you, I was quiet, boring, maybe moody(?), and not one bit manja.

When you had to leave at Tampines MRT, i didnt want you to. I didnt want the day to end like that. I walked a few steps, turned around, and saw you walking back towards me, then hugging me and telling me you didnt want to leave, you're sad to leave. I was so glad to hear those words even after a day like that. I cried a few tears, and i felt so much better after that.

The feeling sucks when i know i made your day boring. But thank you for not getting tired of me. Not getting tired of my moodswings. Every day, hours, minutes and seconds, i feel thankful for having you with me. For being so understanding. For not being angry at anything. I know it's only a matter of time when you will eventually get so pissed of with me over something. But whatever happens, i am so grateful, very eternally grateful, to have you as part of my life. It's the 7th(or is it 8th?) week of school now. Still not as hardworking as i wished to be. Very pemalas! To think that i will be registering for my specialization for my final year tomorrow scares me. Oh the horror. I know i'll be graduating with most likely a mere pass unless some miracle happens, so i may as well deal with it. Mummy keeps on telling little brothers, "Study hard, be like kakak go to poly, be smart." but truth is, i am not smart. at least maybe not yet. zzzzz. And i remembered one of the worst fight we had where me and mummy shouted endlessly at each other. It ended with her saying im a stupid girl. And i agreed, and she yeah, "yeah, you're a stupid girl". It was not a school related fight btw. But now maybe i'll agree that i am really a stupid girl, in school. I have no idea what to do after graduating from poly. I honestly dont. I just kept telling people that i just wanna get married. I know i mentel, sorry. :}

Damn, who knew poly life would be this hard. I still cant believe i said that i cant wait to get out of secondary school and be in poly. Okay i actually said that in the hopes of being in my dream school and dream course, not NYP. So maybe that explains it all. I may as well just embrace the remaining year and a half, Insyallah, with good memories and keep on trying to be a good and maybe at least a little smart kid in school.

Other than that, i've been hanging out with these 2 annoying people alot after school. So many outings planned, pizza hut lah, sushi lah, bugis lah. Macam-macam. Mahu belanja? Haha, sayang korang. :}

So Friday was my favourite boy's birthday. He's now 21 years old! I made sure everything was going to be awesome. Collected his cookie cake beforehand at Famous Amos and bought 3 roses for him. Heh. I then fetched him from Clementi, surprising him with the flowers. Making sure he has the flowers in his hands at all time. But in the end he puts it in his bag of course. Zzzz. And so we finally made our way to this place..

it's a really beautiful place to sit by the sea and enjoy the wind. But pity it was drizzling when we there, so we spent only little time there. Oh well. Nice nonetheless.

365 days it's been. Everything flew by fast. We got together after just 2 weeks of knowing each other, but we're still here a year after. Who says we need to know someone for months just to see if there's love? After a year, you're still the guy i fell for during our SEG Desaru trip. Only that you're a little annoying sometimes, and a botak head ~~boy~~man now.

Buying a ring was a big decision, eventhough i was the one who wanted it. 1 year is a long time in being a relationship for me, but it's still consider a short time in the long run. We still have years to go to be an adult fully. We have yet to step into being a full-time working adult. And years is a very long time, anything can happen. Just like what my mum keep telling me, you never know who you'll meet or what will happen in the future. As much as i wish to ignore, what she keep saying is true, i'll admit. But all that doesnt really matter, to me at least, cause you're the only person i can ever imagine to be married to. Yes, im serious. I wanna get married with you. You may not be the most romantic, sweetest, charming, good-looking guy among all the other guys there are. But those aren't that important cause you have my heart, and i know i have yours. You're my whole world. You're my definition of love, my happiness. And i wish for everything to stay this way till our last breadth. Insya'Allah.

For now, i just hope there will be many more good years to come with us in it together. Thank you for being SO patient with me. For giving me all the love, care and concern, and the attention. Believe me when i say i've never met anyone like you. Afterall, you're a Snake right? Heh. But seriously, believe me.. That's why i'll never let go of this, at least not so easily. So yeah, went to Bugis today with my favourite Boy. Walked around, ate, look at couple rings(haha mentel), and just chilled around with each other's company.

Yesterday's raya outing with 2E2'06 was really awesome. Interesting things always happen when we're out together. Yesterday, we "sunk" a lift 4-5 inches from the 1st floor. It was super scary. We got out, and we took 3 different lift trips. Probably the most scariest thing ever happened to us. Haha.

This boy's always camera shy, at every outing. Avoiding the camera at all cost. I think he hates candid shots? Maybe. See, amik tissue pun tutup muka! Haha. -_-''

Since sec 1, we hated each other, we fought, we anti-ed, we hit tables and chairs and doors, hated teachers, we grew, we laughed, we joked, we cried(us girls), and we separated, to different classes in sec 3. By then, i realised i can never have awesome classmates like what i had in 2E2 2006. Though we were in the same class in sec 1, that was the time when there was hatred, nasty writings on paper, throwing nasty notes to each other. We only managed to grow closer in the 2nd half of sec 2, i think. The anti issues, the fights, the hatred, became the things we'll talked and then laughed about now and then.

And even though we only meet like once in a year as a whole, there never was awkwardness. We'll talk, laugh, chill, annoy each other's asses, just like in 2006. Being together always releases our "childish" side no matter how old we are. They are the best company i could ever ask for, they make me feel like im here for a reason, especially my girls. And i hope things will always be like this even after we have our own family, Insya'Allah. I love you people to bits k! ♥

Okay, so there's Team A & Team B. And also Fan 1 & Fan 2, who supports Team A & B respectively.

Lets say, Team B was winning consistently but Team A was just building their team up, with mostly draw matches. Both are somewhat equally good but since Team B was always winning, Fan 2 keeps on bragging about how GOOD and MAGNIFICENT their team is. And when Team A lost a match, Fan 2 will again, go on and on about how their team is way better than Team A.

BUT!

When Team B lost a match while Team A won, Fan 2 will go like, "Who cares if they lost 1 match, and your team won 1, my team is still better than yours cause my team won more matches than your team. My team has more worthy players. It was probably the opposing's team luck that they won." Or maybe even simply, Fan 2 would just go quiet cause they dont have the bragging rights anymore or at least at the moment.

And in the end, if Team A wins the whole championship, again, Fan 2 will go like, "Who cares if they won the trophy, my team still has more trophies than you."

And this whole thing just goes on and on. With one fan being the bragging one, while the other being the "whatever, idc what you say" kinda fan.

So this is like a story between an over-confident fan who has the utmost confidence that their team is always the best. And you know, this kind of people gets pretty annoying at times.

This post isnt targeted at any specific people or team, it's just what I observed all the time. I do support a team too, but im more of the quiet fan. And i cant help it if any of you feel a little tinge of guilt while reading this(or maybe you dont feel guilty at all), but these are just my thoughts. Idk why im writing this either, and i think this is also quite confusing..

Why was it awesome? Cause i finally met the boyfriend! after almost 2 weeks.. NS ah ni. tsk. So Saturday was my open house for friends. Those who made it was Su, Hakim, Zul, Nabilah and of course my man(haha!). Bf was first to reached, so imagine the level of nervousness of meeting my parents for the first time. Even I was nervous! Heh. But after a while, he managed to bond well with my elder brother, baby brother, father and even my atuk! Pandai dia grab points..

It's call compromising you know. :)) He was so confident to show his face to my mum/dad at the door. But just when I wanted to knock, he said he was shy to face them. Shooooo cute. Haha. I swear I feel so annoyed today. With my parents.

Firstly, last night they told me we were going to Geylang this afternoon to find my baju raya. So I thought okay, I can finally find an ideal kebaya in white. BUT. As it turned out, they went to JB instead at 12noon.

What pisses me off about this was that before the initial plan to go to Geylang, I had a plan to go out study. Obviously I had to cancel that. Then Rebecca texted me whether I'd be free to buka with her tonight. So again, I HAD to cancel that. So what was I left to do? Sit at home, buka-ed alone, with almost nothing to eat. I could have been out with Rebecca instead of frying whatever I can fry at 7.15pm. Why only at 7.15? Because I actually thought they'll be back by buka, since they were out at noon.

Secondly, when they got home which was only at 10.21pm..

Mummy: Eat what for buka? Haha, forgot about you.

WELL OF COURSE YOU DID. NO ONE REMEMBERS ME ANYMORE WHAT. DONT MAKE ME LIST DOWN THE THINGS I WAS LEFT OUT IN. THIS FAMILY IS ABOUT THE BOYS.

Let me tell you, if I am the outspoken child, I would have said everything I've written out here to them and we would already be in a huge fight. But fortunately, I'm not that kind of person.

I miss my little Yamaha Alto-Saxyphone(saxophone). :(

I decided, for quite some time now, that I would want to rent/buy my own saxophone one day just for recreational or maybe take part in those kind of jazzy gigs. Most probably after graduating from poly. Spend my free time on the saxophone while I think about what I want to do next. I miss playing it in band, how sad. You know I was pissed when NYP's SO didnt call me for their auditions and whatnot. I dont even know why. Maybe because my school band got Bronze fo SYF is it??! _|_

But maybe it was also good that they didnt call me(_|_). Cause that's how I actually landed in MCG. If they did, I wouldnt have met some of my wonderful friends in MCG. Since im away from studying, adding on to my previous previous post.

I know I dont have the right to be angry or ignore you since you did nothing wrong to me. Except for the fact that you have hurt a friend of mine, which so isnt cool. And I hate when people to that. And just to clarify why I wrote that post is because Im really angry that no one is stepping to solve the problem. Apologising at MSN/FB or msging doesnt solve anything. You're so irresponsible for your own mistakes. Maybe you feel that it is unfair that he doesnt allow you to go out with his gf. But no one does that without any specific reason. And you didnt even respect him as someone's bf, yet you continue with your plans anyway. And I know you wont even like it either when your own gf goes behind your back and compares you with another guy. Well, correct me if im wrong. I have nothing else to say to you.

On another note, Im stressed out with CTA. I dont know whether the answers are wrong, or my workings just isnt correct. Even when I follow the steps on the examples, the answers isnt the same as the ones in the answer list. I dont know whether to blame my own workings, the teacher for printing the answers wrongly, or the notes that gave me the wrong info. Fuck lah bodoh.

Im trying to ignore all the things that's been happening, trying not to butt in as much as I can. But I do not understand why some people are so oblivious of their own mistakes and blaming others instead. I may not know any of you well, but you people surely know yourselves, and know what you can and cannot do. You cant expect to have done something that another person wont like, and pretend that nothing happened. Even how freaking well you tried to keep it a secret, the truth will eventually be told. And no, you shouldnt blame the person who you assume is "spreading rumours". As a friend, in general, we dont keep something we know to ourselves, especially when it involves our or other's significant other. You should not go around knowing something, and pretending to not know anything. So as a friend, we shouldnt keep anything to ourselves even if we know it may hurt him/her.

But I dont think you portray yourself as one good friend. You jollywell know you cant do something, but you do it anyway. And you didnt even have the initiative to tell. So dont fucking blame others when you made the mistake, because you're not supposed to do it in the first place. You're ruining your own life. Dont freaking blame others.

And you dont freaking call other people selfish, when you're the selfish one for still insisting to go out and have a ball of a time when you know he/she isnt supposed to be there.

I seriously do not know who's particularly at fault for causing all this, I do not want to point fingers. But I know all of you suck at convincing others that none on you isnt to be blame. Alone and lonely. Zzzz.

Listening to the radio, waiting for Fizzah.

Then MCG meeting at 630pm.

After that to street soccer court to meet Love.

Me very bored.

Okay, lets blog.

So last Saturday, 5th June was competition day. No one will know how nervous I was. Ive been on stage a couple of times, yeah. But this is the first time i'll be playing the "Anak". So it's like whatever mistake I make will be so duper obvious. :S

We started getting ready at school around 830+am. Aameer sponsored me breakfast. yummy yum yum. The make-up was quite thick for dikir performances actually. But tkpelah. at least lawa jugak ye. :))

Had our last full training at school before going off. Butterflies(more of dragonflies) started flying around my tummy. Arrived at YCK CC a little too early. But nevermind. Then we went into the Theatrette with the other teams. Took turns to practice, respect dok. Haha.

Okay so waited and waited, it was then our turn to go up on stage. The abang-abang Andika gave us some last minute motivational words and all. I WAS THE FIRST ONE TO ENTER THE STAGE, OMG! My heart almost popped out from my chest looking at all the people.

But fooh, fooh, fooh! After our performance I was really relieved, but sad also because I made some mistake, but the feeling of doing it again was also there. It was nervewrecking but fun at the same time, though we brought the speed for our songs faster than usual, mcm nak kejar MRT. Lol. But the experience and training times was all worth it. :)

HAHAHA.

We didnt win anything. But we managed to get ourselves at 6th position. For first timers like us, that is better than what we would expect. Hooray!

Managed to drag myself to school today.
I did literally dragged my feet.
Hoorah hoorah!
Though I missed my 8am lesson.
Because now I have phobia/trauma of taking the MRT at 7plus in the morning. tyvm.

Currently in programming lab now.
Everybody's doing their own thing.
The boys, usual, playing CS. -_-''

Ouh, me not going for math lecture laterrrrr.

Had a really boring Saturday. So I spent my time watching dikir barat videos again. Cant wait for practice on Monday. teehee.

Dewi Kalista, a group I had no intentions of joining initially. I was dragged by Syiqin to join dikir barat. I gave myself time to get comfortable with the seniors and all. Time went by, I began to love my time spent in DK. Though my batch started of with a big group, it slowly depletes.

Together with our seniors and alumnis, we put in the best effort we can in every performances. We may not always put on the best show, but the bond we have and the laughters during trainings, those were the best moments. Politics, negativities gets in our way. But there'll be a point where we know we have to put each of our egos aside. Because thats the only way we can succeed, as one.

Next Saturday, 5th of June, will be our first ever competition, together with the new batch of juniors. With all the training given so far, we will definitely give our best shot. 1 month(or so) of training wont definitely guarantee an impactful over the top performance, but it's definitely sufficient for people to see what we are capable of. Whether we win any awards or not, it goes back to the time spent, laughters, and bond during trainings with our awesome trainers, who gave all the help they could give. And the ultimate award we get in the end is the great memories kept within our hearts.
